  I hate to write this review as I know the employees of this restaurant have always been friendly and at least try to get our orders right. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell has been sliding downhill for a while now. Food quality is usually ok to good. Order accuracy is something they often struggle with. If my family dines here, more often than not an item is left out of the order. They always fix the issue and often throw in a sack of cinnamon twists as an apology. I just always have to double check the order before I leave.
  
  The big problem with this restaurant is the cleanliness and appearance. The restaurant is desperate for a facelift. Paint is chipped, seating is uncomfortable due to sloppy repairs, and the place is overall outdated. The next issue can't be overlooked. I don't know about the kitchen, but the dining area is gross. The time before my previous visit, the restaurant reeked of sewer. It was bad. It smelled like a public toilet. The fixtures are caked in oil and dust, the floors are dingy, more tables are dirty than clean. This previous visit has made me reconsider eating there in the future. The water from the drink dispenser was yellow/brown tinted and tasted bad. I get my tap water from this municipality and my tap water doesn't look or taste like that. Then I noticed the mold on the ice chute. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the last store manager left (she did a good job with cleanliness). I have uploaded the pictures from this visit for you to determine if you want to dine here (sorry about the blurriness, I was trying to avoid attention). I reached out to the customer survey with these issues and never heard back despite leaving my contact information. I can only hope they've improved since then (a couple weeks ago since this review was posted).
